IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: treading – de-stemming of ripe grapes, are followed by the maceration of peel at low temperature for 18 hours, and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at 18° -20° C. Aging on noble yeasts and periodic batonage until bottling in spring.
Alcohol: 13% vol
IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: intense straw yellow colour, this wine is full bodied, harmonious, with hints of wild flowers, slightly spicy fruity notes of apricot, with elegant notes of flint and herbs. It is elegant and persistent to the palate.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: perfect accompaniment to delicate pastas, risottos, fish and vegetable pureed soups.
