IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation:
highly concentrated, ripe grapes are destemmed and crushed, then left on skins maturation under temperature control for 18 hours, then it follows the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 18-20°C. Three weeks after harvest the wine is racked off gross lees and ages on the yeasts, with periodic batonage, until it is bottled in spring
Alcohol: 13% vol

IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes:
of light to medium strawyellow colour, it reveals a distinctive aromatic fragrance and delicate notes of rose and thyme; the taste has a remarkable persistence and matches the aroma of the rose.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C
Pairing suggestion: excellent as an aperitif, a fine accompaniment to appetizers, fish in a sauce and tasty cheese.
