IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: after a controlled-temperature fermentation of approximately 18 days the wine remains in the cellar at a temperature of 12° C then undergoes the sparkling process in pressurized tanks, which lasts about 5 months, to allow the second fermentation yeasts to combine perfectly and slow lysis with the fine lees.
Alcohol: 11% vol
IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: its appealing rose colour is enhanced by vibrant cherry hues. Fine and persistent perlage. The nose is concentrated with delicate fruits and sweet patisserie notes. Dry and well-orchestrated in the mouth, it has an elegant body.
Serving temperature: 7-9° C
Pairing suggestion: superior aperitif, perfectly matches fish based dishes and rice dishes.
