IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: highly concentrated, ripe grapes are destemmed and crushed, then left on skins maturation under temperature control for 18 hours, then it follows the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 18-20°C. Three weeks after harvest the wine is racked off gross lees and ages on the yeasts, with periodic batonage, until it is bottled.

IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: Intense straw color with golden reflections. Elegant and intense notes of flowers and fruits, like pear at the nouse. Corresponds perfectly with the smell aromas as above. Elegant wine with a sapid touch and mineral notes typical of this vine variety and of the terroir. Persistent and intense.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: Aperitif wine, perfect with starters, vegetables or sea fruits. Ideal with grilled fish.
