IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: White vinification with cold maceration on the skins, soft pressing and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Maturation in cement casks on the lees with periodic battonage until bottling.
Alcohol: 13% vol
IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: Intense straw color with golden reflections. Elegant and intense notes of flowers and fruits, like pear at the nouse. Corresponds perfectly with the smell aromas as above. Elegant wine with a sapid touch and mineral notes typical of this vine variety and of the terroir. Persistent and intense.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: Aperitif wine, perfect with starters, vegetables or sea fruits. Ideal with grilled fish.
