Vineyard location & soil composition: in the plan with clayey-sandy soil of alluvial origin. The area is constantly ventilated during winter and spring seasons, the temperatures are influenced by the near Isonzo river.

IN THE CELLAR
Vinification, fermentation – maturation: highly concentrated, ripe grapes are destemmed and crushed, then left on skins maturation under temperature control for 18 hours, then it follows the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 18-20°C. Three weeks after harvest the wine is racked off gross lees and ages on the yeasts, with periodic batonage, until it is bottled.

IN THE GLASS
Tasting notes: of straw yellow colour, with greenish shades, it expresses a fresh, complex and harmonious bouquet with hints of almonds, dry soft and long-lasting in the mouth.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairing suggestion: perfect as an aperitif served with San Daniele prosciutto, also an ideal match with fish, risottos and omelettes.
